Michael Jay Yap came into the world the day before Halloween in 1986, he's been a riot since. He's found joy in drawing oddness with fruits, sea creatures, and silly magical beings from his brain. When his mind storming he's doing fun type and posters. He's heavily influenced by cartoons, street art, sneakers, retro objects and urban vinyl/designer toys.
Michael Jay can be found dreaming in Orlando, Florida taking pictures and hermiting with drawing pad, Illustrator CS3 and Photoshop CS3. Currently he is the grasshoper to learning the ways of InDesign.
